Open Tryouts Announced for Beach Blanket Babylon

The folks from Steve Silver’s Beach Blanket Babylon have recently announced that anyone, à la American Idol, can now tryout for a part in San Francisco’s world famous theatrical production.

Both male and female performers and understudies that can sing and dance are needed to fill out the latest cast with additional restrictions listed at the Beach Blanket Babylon audition page.

Interested parties are asked to bring their own sheet music to the tryout and prepared one up-tempo number and a ballad to perform for the judges.

Tryouts for Beach Blanket Babylon begin Saturday, September 15 at noon at Club Fugazi.
