San Francisco Arts Town Hall Festival

The third annual San Francisco Arts Town Festival is happening again–giving the members of the art community a chance to engage with members of local government and demonstrate the immeasurable value of arts education.

On Monday, August 20 the Board of Supervisors will meet with a miscellany of San Francisco based arts organizations in an open forum to discuss the local impact of the arts on the economy, culture and schools.

Those who wish to direct questions at the Board of Supervisors can go to the Facebook event page and post a question or hash tag #SFArts on Twitter.

Doors open at 5:30 pm.  The program will run from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, followed by a reception.
