Art That Glows at SOMArts

Luminous artwork comes to SOMArts Friday April 27, 2012 as part of the Night Light: Multimedia Garden Party.

Featured at the SOMArts Cultural Center will be glowing art installations, experimental audio-visual performances, abstract digital and cinematic projections accompanied by a custom produced soundtrack and a choreographed live presentation.

As part of the event, the SOMArts’ kitchen will become a projection space for film and the gallery annex will serve as a backdrop for the abstract light created by the artists.

Night Light: Multimedia Garden Party will run from 8pm to midnight and will include work from more than 50 Bay Area artists.
