Catch an afternoon dance performance during the Rotunda Dance Series taking place the first Friday of every month.

This Friday on November 4th there will be a performance by Gamelan Sekar Jaya, a Berkeley-based company that’s been around since the late 70s with the goal of cultivating creative exchange between Bali and the United States. The sixty musicians and dancers will be at the City Hall Rotunda to showcase their skill and talent with their signature Balinese-style music and traditional dances like the topeng or mask dance.

The free performances are open to the public. For more information about Gamelan Sekar Jaya, check out their site.
